How did the war start

Can someone please tell me how the war started back in the 80s between 32 and 37 ?
If you turn your radio on today its still going strong. Any time I here Vic on 32 its mostly followed by a number of tunes !!
Then the voice comes back after the music ....IM ON THE PHONE !!! Who to ? whats it all about ?

Come on lets get it sorted and restore peace to the CB band !!! Im sure those involved can shake airwave hands and make up ?
